The purpose of the teaching staff in the 2015-2016 academic year:

Training of qualified, professionally competent professionals capable of adapting to the modern conditions of the labor market and in accordance with the model of a College graduate.

Main task:

- Improvement of planning and management of educational process;
- Implementation of national projects "Health" and " Education»;
- Active introduction of information technologies into the educational process.

Performance analysis consists of the following sections:
- Analysis of the student population;
- Analysis of educational work;

  

1.Analysis of the contingent of students.

At the beginning of the 2015-2016 academic year, the College had 361 students. During the reporting year, 13 (3.6%)people were expelled and 7 people arrived. At the end of the year 355 people.

The main reason for the dropout is the change of residence-11 people, the draft in the armed forces of Kazakhstan-2 people.

2. Analysis of educational activities.

Applying a variety of different levels and forms of education, educators have created all the necessary conditions for the realization of secondary vocational education.

The analysis of progress and quality of knowledge was carried out in various forms:

After analyzing the performance and quality of knowledge, we can conclude that in General, the College performance and quality of knowledge has increased significantly.

On the" excellent "finished the semester 5 people, which was 1.4%, on the "good" -114 people -32.1%.

The actual direction of pedagogical science is the study of the possibilities of continuous personal-oriented education. In modern curricula, the practical orientation of the content of all courses studied has been strengthened: the emphasis in educational activities has been changed, the share of reproductive labor has been reduced. All this we have done independently when planning educational activities in 1 course (classes are conducted by lecture-seminar-practical method.)

The table shows that all groups finished the semester with 100% academic performance:

 

 

Conclusions and objectives for the 2016-2017 academic year:
Ø Continue to implement the education quality monitoring system and improve the VC.
Ø Improve the material and technical base of classrooms.
Ø Systematize work on generalization of teachers ' experience
Ø Continue to work on methodological support of the educational process.
