Article 24. Duties of parents on education of the child, care of it and the maintenance
1. Parents or other legal representatives are obliged to create, within the limits of their abilities and financial possibilities, the living conditions necessary for the full development of the child.
2. Parents are obliged to bring up the child, take care of him, support him financially, take care of his welfare, provide housing.
Article 49. Features of the impact on the behavior of the child
In exercising parental rights, parents and other legal representatives shall not have the right to harm the physical and mental health of the child, his or her moral development. The ways in which the child is brought up must exclude the neglect, abuse, gross, degrading treatment, abuse or exploitation of the child.

Article 49. Rights and obligations of parents and other legal representatives
2. Parents and other legal representatives must:
1) to create healthy and safe conditions for children to live and study, to ensure the development of their intellectual and physical strength, moral formation;
2) to provide pre-school preparation of children at the age of five years, and, since six years, to define in comprehensive school;
3) to assist educational organizations in the education and upbringing of children;
4) ensure that children attend school.

Article 111. Failure of parents or persons replacing them to fulfill the duties of raising children
1. Failure to perform without good reason by parents or persons replacing them, duties on education and training of minor children shall entail a warning or a fine in the amount of up to five monthly calculation indices.
2. The actions specified in the first part of this article, which resulted in the systematic use of alcohol, drugs and psychotropic substances by minors, as well as the Commission of an act containing signs of a crime or intentional administrative offense, shall entail a fine on parents or persons replacing them in the amount of up to ten monthly calculation indices.
Article 336 - 3 presence of minors in entertainment establishments at night
(from 22 to 6 am) entails a warning, and then a fine on legal representatives.
Article 336-4 the presence of minors unaccompanied by legal representatives outside the home (from 23 to 6 in the morning) entails a warning, and then a fine on legal representatives.

Article 62. Rights and obligations of parents in the upbringing and education of children
1. Parents are obliged to take care of the health of their children.
2. Parents have the right and duty to raise their children.
Parents raising a child bear the primary responsibility for ensuring, within their abilities and financial capabilities, the living conditions necessary for his physical, mental, moral and spiritual development.
3. Parents are obliged to ensure that children receive secondary education.
In pursuance of the above-mentioned legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the administration of gymnasium No. 24 informs you that on holidays and weekends, as well as during holidays, responsibility for the safety and life of children rests with parents.
